Registration details.
You must register to participate in the 2025 REP sessions. Fees pay for the rental of the conference venue, audio-visual and computer equipment, technical assistance, as well as programs, badges, and other organizational costs.
Registration includes the opening reception (Wednesday, November 5, 7:00pm), coffee & lunch on Thursday and Friday, and a closing reception (Friday, November 7, 7:00pm).
Please note that you must register before submitting a presentation or poster abstract, organized sessions, and/or organized panels.
Standard Registration Fees, through November 6
- for faculty or professional: $250
- for student, professional in first job 5 years or less, or retired person: $200
Cancellation Policy
We have tried to develop a refund policy that provides as much consideration as possible, given our costs and budget deadlines.
Therefore, we provide a half refund of registration fees from now through October 15
