Registration details.
You must register to participate in the 2025 REP sessions. Fees pay for the rental of the conference venue, audio-visual and computer equipment, technical assistance, as well as programs, badges, and other organizational costs.
Registration includes the opening reception (Wednesday, November 5, 7:00pm), coffee & lunch on Thursday and Friday, and a closing dinner (Friday, November 7, 7:00pm).
Please note that you must register before submitting a presentation or poster abstract, organized sessions, and/or organized panels.
Standard Registration Fees, from April 1st through July 31, 2025
- for faculty or professional: $200
- for student, professional in first job 5 years or less, or retired person: $100
Late Registration Fees, August 1st through October 31, 2025
- for faculty or professional: $250
- for student, professional in first job 5 years or less, or retired person: $200
Cancellation Policy
We have tried to develop a refund policy that provides as much consideration as possible, given our costs and budget deadlines.
Therefore, we provide the following dates for refunding registration costs.
Full refund of registration fees up until September 1
Half refund of registration fees from September 2 to October 15
